SO BAG obtains FSSC 22000 certification

Always keen to improve and meet the needs and expectations of the food industry as well as possible, SO BAG has just obtained FSSC 22000 certification, the first international standard on food safety management.


By adopting the FSSC 22000 standard, whose protocol is considered one of the most demanding, SO BAG strengthens its position as a supplier of excellence.

“This certification assures our customers of the implementation and efficient management of our food quality and safety management system. Our success is the result of the involvement and teamwork within our SME in the big bag type large-capacity packaging sector, ”explains Nicolas Chevalier.

The FSSC 22000 standard guarantees control of food safety by:

  • good hygiene and manufacturing practices,
  • compliance with PRP requirements specific to the manufacture of packaging,
  • a methodology for hazard analysis and risk management based on HACCP principles,
  • enhanced traceability,
  • a food fraud prevention plan,
  • a food defense plan against the risks of malicious acts.
